1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the features you use and the information you choose to provide.

• Account and profile information: first and last name, email address, phone number, profile image, address or current location information, account credentials and authentication-related information.
• Identity and verification information: when you use an identity-verification feature, we may receive verification documents, document images, selfies, and information you submit for verification. Verification materials are treated as sensitive information and are not intended to be displayed publicly.
• Marketplace and user-generated content: advertisement/listing titles, descriptions, categories, prices, location, images, and other content you submit or publish.
• Messages and communications: chat messages and, where supported, photos, files, attachments, or other content you choose to send through LoyeBazar.
• Activity and preferences: favorites, listing interactions, account activity, and information needed to provide features such as saved listings and notifications.
• Location information: province, district, address, or other location information you enter or select. If a feature requests device location, LoyeBazar will request the relevant device permission before accessing it.
• Device and technical information: app/device information, IP/network information, diagnostic data, error information, security logs, and identifiers needed to operate and protect the service.
• Push-notification information: notification tokens and related technical identifiers used to deliver notifications to your device.

2. Device Permissions

LoyeBazar may request device permissions only when needed for a feature you choose to use. Depending on your device and the features available, these may include camera access, photo/media access, file access, location, microphone access for voice-related features, and notifications. You can deny or later change permissions through your device settings. Denying a permission may prevent the related feature from working, but we do not require unrelated permissions simply to access the service.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Create, authenticate, secure, and manage user accounts.
• Provide marketplace features, including posting, editing, browsing, searching, and managing listings.
• Enable communications between users.
• Provide identity or account-verification features where requested.
• Provide favorites, personalized account features, and relevant service notifications.
• Send push notifications such as account, listing, favorite-category, chat, or service-related notifications, where enabled.
• Detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, prohibited content, and violations of our rules.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the reliability, safety, and functionality of LoyeBazar.
• Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use information collected for one purpose for a materially different purpose without an appropriate legal basis or additional consent where required.

4. Public Information and User-Generated Content

Content you intentionally publish in a public listing may be visible to other users or visitors. This may include listing details, images, price, general location, profile information associated with the listing, and contact information you choose to make public. Messages, identity-verification documents, passwords, and private account information are not intended to be public.

Please do not place unnecessary sensitive personal information in public listings or other publicly visible content.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the following purposes:

• Other users: information you intentionally publish or send to another user is shared as necessary to provide that feature.
• Service providers: hosting, infrastructure, email/communications, push-notification, security, diagnostic, storage, and other technology providers may process information on our behalf to provide their services.
• Legal and safety purposes: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce platform rules.
• Business changes: if the service is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred subject to appropriate privacy protections.

We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf to handle it with protections appropriate to the nature of the information and consistent with applicable requirements.

6. Third-Party Services

LoyeBazar may use third-party infrastructure and software services, including services used for push notifications and app operation. For example, Firebase services may be used to support push notifications and related technical functionality. Third-party providers process information according to their applicable terms and privacy practices and, where they process information on our behalf, only for the purposes for which we use their services.

LoyeBazar may also contain links or contact methods that take you to third-party websites, applications, phone services, or other services. Information you provide directly to those third parties is governed by their own privacy practices.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Sensitive verification files are intended to be stored with restricted access rather than exposed as ordinary public marketplace files. Data transmitted between the app and our services is intended to use secure encrypted connections where supported. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the service, maintaining security and fraud-prevention records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it is held.

When information is no longer required, we may delete or anonymize it. Certain limited records may be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary or legally required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or establishment or defense of legal claims.

9. Account and Data Deletion

LoyeBazar users may request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data. Account deletion is different from temporarily disabling, suspending, or deactivating an account.

When an account-deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize the account's associated personal information and user-generated content under our control, including applicable profile information, listings, uploaded content, and other account-linked information, except information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

In the mobile app: users must be able to initiate account deletion through the account/profile settings or the account-deletion option provided by LoyeBazar.

Outside the app: users may use the account-deletion information on this public page or contact us at support@loyebazar.site to request deletion. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the requester owns the account before completing the request.

If deletion cannot be completed immediately, we may inform you of the expected processing period. We will not treat mere account deactivation as fulfillment of a permanent deletion request.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law and the features available to you, you may be able to access or update profile information, manage or delete listings, remove favorites, control device permissions, disable push notifications through device settings, request correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or contact us with a privacy request. Some requests may require reasonable identity or account verification.

11. Children

LoyeBazar is a general marketplace service and is not directed to young children. Users must meet any minimum age or legal-capacity requirements applicable in their location. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so that we can review the matter.

12. Safety, Reports, and Abuse Prevention

Because LoyeBazar contains user-generated marketplace content and communications, information submitted through reporting, moderation, blocking, security, or abuse-prevention features may be processed to investigate reports, protect users, enforce platform rules, and maintain the safety and integrity of the service.

13. International Processing

Depending on where our infrastructure and service providers operate, information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information receives appropriate protection when processed across borders.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will publish the revised Policy on this page and update the effective date. Where required, we may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
